Blended learning program - limited openings available for former Hālau Lōkahi students only; any interested family should email our Executive Assistant, Chastity Catchings at: ccatchings@myhta.org. Ms. Catchings will immediately set up a meeting for student, parent, member of enrollment team and counselor. At the meeting HTA will work to enroll the family (ensuring that we have all relative enrollment information), place the student in the correct grade level/classes, order curriculum for the student and make a plan for the student to begin classes later in the week. It would be helpful if the family could bring the student's cumulative file or as many of the following documents as possible:

1. Proof of Residence (bill of some sort)

2. Birth Certificate

3. Form 14

4. McKinney Vento (if applicable)

5. Proof of Internet
